4. Chairman's Report
DC instructed members that membership had not risen much but we are now an important part of the Giants Club this allows us to meet with management and discuss ways forward.
Tuesday night meetings MB continues to find interesting speakers and has already lined up a few major names for next year
Reindeer race night is coming up and has always been a great success
We have given over a thousand pound to the club this season
DC thanks staff at Turnbridge and the committee for the past year
DC then went on to mention plans for the future; this includes finding ways to attract new members.
James and Liz Atherton are making progress with junior and young giants clubs
World cup there are only 6000 tickets at most left for the world cup and the World cup celebration event is on Friday the 1st of November tickets available from DC or web site this event will be on all day and includes speeches and history of world cup and meal for £10
Heritage project at Tolson is due to open in next few weeks
DC then asked all present to try and get one new member each if possible
5. Treasurer's Report
JA gave treasurer report
Money spent has gone on a banner that goes up outside Turnbridge on match days, £25 on junior disco, and the children made a banner on the craft day that will go up in the players changing room
Money raised £15 from Margaret Raffle world cup raffle raised £600,and quiz raised £100
We have given £500 to club so were left with £411 also £116 in pay pal and £57.84 cash.
Total £618 we still have some to pay out on various things
6. Speaker Secretary Report
MB has speakers lined up for next year and has managed to get a few big names in media confirmed
7. Annual Subscription
DC asked for vote on keeping membership at £5 all present agreed
8. Any Other Business
DC asked for suggestions for end of season meal and asked members to take posters of tables and asked local shops etc if they can put them in windows

Brendan stepped down as deputy chair Margaret is to take on role - carried unanimously
Treasurer JA is to continue with Liz Atherton assisting - carried unanimously
Secretary LA has stepped down Julie Thwaites to take over - carried unanimously

James Eaton, Ian Thwaites, Chris Simpson, and Helen Simpson to stay on committee
Rob Thewlis, Darren Eastwood, Fiona and Paul Woolerton, and Tony Townend all welcomed onto committee

Danny Brough accepted Wagstaff trophy from Tyler Broscombe and agreed to stay and answer questions
